1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Trilink's services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Service Provision
Trilink provides automotive diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services across Malaysia. All services are performed by certified technicians using industry-standard equipment.
- Engine diagnostics and repairs
- Brake system precision services
- Axle and suspension work
- Multi-specialist vehicle servicing
3. Liability & Warranty
Services are provided "as-is" with reasonable care. Trilink warrants workmanship for 12 months or 20,000 km, whichever is earlier. We are not liable for consequential damages or losses beyond the service fee paid.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon service completion unless alternative arrangements are agreed in writing. We accept cash, card, and bank transfers. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month.
5. Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate vehicle information and disclose known issues. Trilink is not responsible for damage resulting from customer-provided parts or modifications.
6. Data Privacy
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Malaysian data protection laws (PDPA). We only collect and use data necessary for service provision and communication.
7. Limitation of Liability
Trilink's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services. We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or court proceedings in Kuala Lumpur.
